As our fundraising efforts to unlock the full $193,000 investment from the Government of Canada get underway, the Soudack family has made an extraordinarily generous gift of $18,000 towards the restoration of the Willowbank Manor House. Thanks to the matching commitment through Parks Canada, their gift will effectively become $36,000.
“We are proud to support Willowbank’s restoration campaign, helping to secure the future of this remarkable School and site, and the community it serves for generations to come.”— The Soudack Family
We are deeply grateful for their generosity and hope their leadership will inspire others to join them as we restore the northwest wall and install an internal fire stair to make the third floor accessible for learning and community events. Every dollar donated towards eligible project costs helps unlock an additional dollar from the Government of Canada as we work to safeguard this National Historic Site and invest in Canada’s leading school of heritage conservation.
Will you help us go further?
We have until 31 March 2027 to raise the matching funds for these critical works that will breathe life into the Willowbank Estate.
Willowbank is a registered Canadian charity. Official charitable tax receipts will be issued for all eligible donations. We encourage donations by e-transfer or cheque to maximize the impact of your gift; contributions may also be made through CanadaHelps.
