As Willowbank approaches the 20th anniversary of the School of Restoration Arts, we are thrilled to share our 2024–2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of renewed energy, strengthened leadership, and a bold vision for the future.
This past year marks the beginning of an exciting new era for Willowbank. With deeper connections across our students, faculty, alumni, and the broader community, the School is building momentum while remaining grounded in its mission to train the next generation of heritage leaders.
Highlights from 2024–2025:
Board Chair Julian Smith returned to Willowbank in January 2025
Insights from Co-Deans of Faculty Jim Mountain & Keith Blades
Reflections on Willowbank’s sustainable future from Executive Director Katie Houghton
We are also developing a bold Strategic Philanthropic Plan to create purpose-built learning spaces at Willowbank. These accessible, hands-on environments will expand education in trades, conservation, and restoration, bringing together students from across Canada and strengthening Willowbank’s role as a global leader in heritage education.
Thank You to the Willowbank Community
We are deeply grateful to the incredible Willowbank community for their ongoing support of the School and for helping us continue to grow, innovate, and make an impact in the world.
