Prerequisites: 

The Diploma Program accepts applications from anyone with a high school diploma. Most applicants have existing apprenticeship training or existing college and university degrees. Our concern is not so much with paper qualifications as with commitment to both hands on and academic exploration of heritage conservation issues and opportunities.

We are committed to treating all trades and disciplines as equal participants in the conservation of significant cultural resources. Students from various backgrounds find that Willowbank is a place of sharing and mutual learning. The combination of individual and team projects allows for a variety of learning opportunities, and the program encourages students to find their own special areas of passion and skill.

The Diploma Program accepts a maximum of fifteen students per academic year.

All applicants must submit the following:

  1. Completed application form
  2. Official high school transcripts
  3. Official College and or University transcripts, if applicable
  4. Two letters of reference
  5. Resume (may include portfolio at student’s discretion)

Admission Requirements:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

OR

Applicant is 18 years of age or older and passes a qualifying test (Canadian Adult Achievement Test)

1st Year - $5000
2nd Year -$5000
3rd Year - $5000
